Know what's below. Call 811 before you dig

The law requires you to call 811 two working days before you dig. Utilities may be marked with paint, stakes, flags or some other customary marker. The color of the paint or markers used to mark the utilities represents the utility. The color used for Natural Gas is yellow. Markings are good for up to 14 days after order processing and must be updated after that period of time.
