| If a Questar Gas meter reader was unable to read your meter and left a card on your door, or if you regularly read your meter and mail the read in via postcard, you may submit your meter read using Questar Gas's online form. Submitting a meter read is simple. Follow these three steps: |

| 1. Simply log in to your account. |

| 2. Select "Account Information" from the navigation on the left. Scroll to the right and click the "Add Meter Read" link. |

3. Enter your read in the "New Reading" box using the exact position of the dials on your gas meter. See instructions for reading a meter.
Press "Add Meter Read" to submit your read. |
