Our one-time online payment option allows you to make a payment without having to manage a login and password, or store bank account information online. You may pay online 24 hours-a-day using the online payment option or the automated telephone system at 800-323-5517. If you’d like to speak with a representative, call Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Payment does not guarantee your gas service. If you have received a shut-off notice or your gas has been shut off, please contact Questar Gas immediately at 801-324-5111 or 800-323-5517, Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Questar Gas has contracted with Western Union's Speedpay to handle online payments. A third-party convenience fee of $1.99 may be charged per transaction for payments made with debit cards, credit cards or checks.
