GS-1 The general service rate used for residential
and commercial purposes such as space heating, air-conditioning, water
heating, clothes drying and cooking. Annual load factor must be 15 percent or
greater. Usage must not exceed 1,250 Dth in any one day during the winter
season. Service is subject to a monthly meter-based customer charge. Service
on this rate is subject to the Weather Normalization Adjustment.
GSS and GSE The general service rate used for new service
extension areas subject to the same requirements listed above for GS-1
customers.
F-1 Firm sales service for customers with an annual
load factor of 40 percent or greater. Usage must not exceed 1,250 dth in any
one day during the winter season, which is defined as November through
March. Service is subject to a minimum monthly charge and a meter-based
customer charge.
F-3 Service is used as a standby or supplement
to the use of other fuels. Annual load factor is less than 15 percent.
Service is subject to a meter-based customer charge and demand charge.
Service is subject to approval by Questar Gas and will not be available
in excess of 50 percent of a customer's interruptible load.
F-3 standby service is available to the customer's
daily F-3 contract limit. If an F-3 customer uses more gas than its daily
contract limit, any additional gas use will be unauthorized and subject
to penalty charges. Customers may increase the daily contract limit if
additional equipment is added or if operational changes necessitate firm
service backup.
F-4 Annual load factor must be 80 percent or greater.
Total usage during the previous 36 months must exceed 120,000 Dth per
year and be 30 times the highest monthly usage from any December through
March. Usage must not exceed 10,000 Dth in any one day during the winter
season. Service is subject to a minimum yearly charge and a meter-based
customer charge.
