The general service rate used for residential
and commercial purposes such as space heating, air-conditioning, water
heating, clothes drying and cooking. Annual load factor must be 15 percent or
greater. Usage must not exceed 1,250 Dth in any one day during the winter
season. Service is subject to a monthly meter-based customer charge. Service
on this rate is subject to the Weather Normalization Adjustment.

Firm sales service for customers with an annual
load factor of 40 percent or greater. Usage must not exceed 2,500 dth in any
one day during the winter season, which is defined as November through
March. Service is subject to a minimum monthly charge and a meter-based
customer charge. Minimum annual usage of 2,100 dth is required.

Annual load factor must be 80 percent or greater.
Total usage during the previous 36 months must exceed 120,000 Dth per
year and be 30 times the highest monthly usage from any December through
March. Usage must not exceed 10,000 Dth in any one day during the winter
season. Service is subject to a minimum yearly charge and a meter-based
customer charge.
