H.E.A.T.
- is a federally funded program that helps qualified low-income individuals pay their
utility bills. The program runs November through March or until funds are
exhausted. Customers may receive an application from any Department of Human
Services or a designated energy office.

REACH - is funded by
voluntary contributions from local residents, utility employees and stockholders,
and it helps qualified low-income individuals pay their utility bills. Applicants
must be at least 65 years old and/or handicapped or disabled. The program
is a year-round program and will be open as funding permits. Customers must
have applied for assistance through the state's H.E.A.T. program before applying for REACH. REACH applications are available
at local Red Cross offices. For appointments or information, contact the

The WEATHERIZATION program helps qualified low-income persons make their homes more energy
efficient. The Weatherization Assistance program is
a federally funded program administered by the Utah Department of Community &
Economic Development. Income requirements are basically the same as those
of the HEAT program. Please contact your local HEAT office above for assistance.
CATHOLIC COMMUNITY SERVICES-
helps qualified low-income individuals pay their utility bills. Utilities
must be on, and the customer must have applied for the HEAT program first,
during the HEAT season (November - March). The program runs January through
September or until funds are exhausted. Customers may schedule an appointment
by calling (801) 977-9119.
LIEAP
is a federally funded program that helps qualified low-income individuals pay their
utility bills and weatherize their homes. Utilities must be on and in the
applicant's name before applying for this program. The program runs November
through February or until funds are exhausted. Customers may obtain an application
by calling LIEAP at (800) 246-4221 or go to http://pathways.state.wy.us

ENERGY SHARE OF WYOMING
is a program that is supported by voluntary donations from Questar Gas customers,
employees and shareholders. This program helps people in sudden hardship
circumstances with heating-related emergencies. Applicants must first apply
for LIEAP, utility services must be on and customer must have a past-due
account with a shut-off notice before applying. The program runs December
through May or until funds are exhausted. For more information or to request

LIHEAP is a federally funded program and
helps low-income individuals pay their utility bills. The program runs November
through March or until funds are exhausted. Customers may contact LIHEAP
at (208) 852-1515 for applications.
WEATHERIZATION ( IDAHO) is a
program for qualified low-income individuals that help make homes more energy
efficient. The Weatherization program is
a federally funded program administered by local Southeast Idaho Community Action
Agencies (SEICA). Income requirements are basically the same as the those
