| Paperless Billing is an easy way to receive and pay your gas bill online. Each month you receive an email that contains a summary of your bill and a secure PDF attachment with a full copy of your actual bill. |

How do I enroll? |
| It's easy and free. You can either login to your self-serve account to enroll or you can call Customer Service at 800-323-5517 - Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. |

How do I make a payment? |
- Open the attached PDF and pay from checking or savings using the provided form or click on the link to pay with Debit/Credit card.
- Enroll in Auto Pay.
- Pay from the Questar Gas website.
- Pay using the "Bill Pay" option from your bank or credit union's website.

How do I open the PDF attachment? |
To view your bill, simply open the PDF attachment inside the email. When your bill opens, you will be prompted to enter a Password, which is your five-digit mailing address ZIP code. Once you have accessed your bill, you can use available payment options to pay your bill
TIP: If the PDF attachment doesn't open or functions improperly, make sure you're using the current version of Adobe Reader. |
