If a Questar Gas meter reader was unable to read your meter and left a card on your door, or if you regularly read your meter and mail the read in via postcard, you may submit your meter read using Questar Gas's online form. Submitting a meter read is simple. Follow these three steps:
2. Select "Account Information" from the navigation on the left. Scroll to the right and click the "Add Meter Read" link.
3. Enter your read in the "New Reading" box using the exact position of the dials on your gas meter. See instructions for reading a meter.
Press "Add Meter Read" to submit your read.
